All Digi-Sign systems and solutions are supported in accordance with our standard Service Level Agreement [SLA]. In accordance with the SLA support is provided on an escalated basis to ensure issue resolution in the shortest possible time. Unless otherwise specified, all Digi-SSL™ Xs support is provided by email or from the online Support Portal only. If you prefer to have telephone support, this is available at an additional charge on a 'per case' basis where 'support tickets' are purchased in advance.
