Compliance with EU Directive on eInvoice for EU VAT purposes

In compliance with CWA 15582 Digi-Bill™ complies with 2001/115/EC, CWA 15579, CWA 15580 and CWA 15582.

In compliance with CWA 15581, the Digi-Bill™ uses the required advanced electronic signature and timestamp and also ensures that:

• An explicit agreement is drawn up between the customer and Digi-Sign
• Digi-Sign is permitted to sign invoices on behalf of the invoice issuer, if this is agreed between the invoice issuer and Digi-Sign
