ARP Membership Rules

As an official member of the Digi-Sign Affiliates, Resellers & Partners [ARP] Network, the following rules are designed to make you an equal member to all other members.  To make this possible, the following simple rules of membership
should be read and understood:

                • How Equal Revenue Share Works

                • How Costs are Handled

                • Roadshows & Marketing Initiatives

                • Why You Should Sell Digi-Sign Systems & Solutions

                • Using the Online Demonstrations

1. Equal Revenue Share

1.1 After base costs only   Revenue is shared equally after base costs are deducted from the total project costs. This is most important where travel, accommodation, personnel costs and other expenses incurred during the project (e.g. a Digi-CA™ Server [1] installation project)

1.2 Discretionary costs

'write-off'

At our sole discretion, we may elect to absorb these costs where possible but this will be explained to you at, or during, the time of the specific project, i.e. there will be 'no surprises'

2. Pre-Sales Costs

2.1 Are your responsibility   In the event that your pre-sales efforts requires that Digi-Sign personnel travel to assist in the pre-sales activities, all travel and accommodation costs must be paid for by your organisation, in advance

2.2 And are refundable   On all successful projects where pre-sales costs have been incurred, these are deducted from the total project costs before the revenue is shared equally

3. 'Roadshows' & Marketing

3.1 Are encouraged   We actively encourage that you organise roadshows where Digi-Sign personnel will assist you in face-to-face presentations and to showcase our portfolio

3.2 With a minimum of three
pre-arranged meetings
Before committing to any roadshow, written confirmation of, at least, three face-to-face presentations is required. We recommend five or six meetings are set to occur over a two day period and preferably on a Monday and Tuesday or a Thursday and Friday as this allows the weekend to be used to reduce travel time

3.3 Travel & accommodation costs must be paid   Roadshows require Digi-Sign personnel to travel and all associated costs must be paid for by your organisation, in advance

3.4 And are refundable   On all successful projects where roadshow costs have been incurred, these are deducted from the total project costs before the revenue is shared equally

4. Why You Should Sell Digi-Sign Systems & Solutions

4.1 More flexible & scalable   Digi-Sign [2] systems and solutions are currently the most flexible and scalable in the market

4.2 Easier to install & maintain   Our offerings [3] are easier to integrate, configure, activate, maintain and administer

4.3 Best revenue share   Our unique revenue share secret will ensure that we help you maximise your ‘bottom line’

5. Online Demonstrations & Conference Calls

5.1 Will reduce the need for
roadshows
Wherever possible, a live and interactive demonstration [4] of the specific solution will be made available to you. These are excellent tools that will assist you in the sales process

5.2 When used properly   All demonstration screens and supporting documentation are designed to ensure you use them properly. So always refer to the online help and/or supporting documents before using them
